You’re emails were marked as junk because of the sender’s email server (not Grand Capital’s servers). If somebody from the senders sends too many spam emails, his company’s server get marked as potential spam senders.

Email spam, also known as junk email, is a subset of electronic spam involving nearly identical messages sent to numerous recipients by email. Clicking on links in spam email may send users to [fraud] web sites or sites that are hosting malware. Spam email may also include malware as scripts or other executable file attachments [which are potentially a threat].” (Source: Wikipedia)

The IT Department highly recommends checking your spam folder first if somebody claims sending an email to you and you didn’t receive it. To solve this refer to the following:

The following "Webmail Settings" section only applies if your email ends with @SuperPrice-Dubai.com. If not proceed to "Outlook Settings" Section.

Webmail settings

1. Go to mail.superprice-dubai.com.

2. Log in with your username and password (the user name and password were handed over to you first when you joined the company in the “welcome letter”. Contact the IT department by phone to get your password. The IT Department will never give you passwords or request passwords form you via email).

3. Go to Settings > My Settings > Filtering > Spam Filtering > Options.

4. Change the option to ‘Override spam settings for this account’.

5. Now, click on the actions tab and set the settings as follows.

6. Save.

Outlook settings

1. Open MS Outlook

2. Go to the just email options as follows

3.
Now, change the settings as follows.

4.
Click OK.

We hope this helped!
